Canon launches 10 new printers in professional printing domain

New Delhi: expanding its offerings in the professional print domain, offering a bright image quality with increased versatility for print service providers, Digital India company of Canon India on Saturday launched 10 new printers.

The imagePROGRAF PRO series includes 12-color images of PROGRAF PRO-520 and imagePROGRAF PRO-540, eight-color images of PROGRAF PRO-540S and imagePROGRAF PRO-560S.

Also launched five-color imagePROGRAF 671E, offering the right combination of affordability for small and medium businesses.

"As we begin the landmark journey of our third decade of existence in the country, we have further strengthened our commitment in both the B2B and B2C segments," said Kazutada Kobayashi, President and CEO of Canon India.

Another large-format printer is "Oce ColorWave 700", developed for a wide range of graphic applications, such as wallpapers, in trade marks, signs, etc.

The new series of digital presses imagePRESS C850, imagePRESS C750, imagePRESS C650 includes various updated features and technologies that meet the requirements of target markets, including commercial printers, factory operations and other printing services providers, the company said.

Canon also launched "imagePRESS C8000VP" based on the successful legacy C10000VP product, providing a biased, stable output quality and supporting special media, including parchment, film and synthetics.
